Cancellations prior to despatch
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you may notify us by telephone or in writing by post or email to sales@streetstyleukltd.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.
Cancellations within 7 days after despatch
If you wish to cancel and return your order where goods have already been dispatched or received by you, you must inform us in writing requesting cancellation within 7 working days from date of notification of dispatch or receipt of order either by fax, letter or email. Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone call and must be made in writing.
Goods must be returned within 14 working days from date of cancellation and must be in their original condition and should not have been used, altered or damaged in any way. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The rights to cancel and return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations after 7 days from despatch
If you wish to cancel and return your order after 7 working days from date of receipt of order, you may request cancellation up to 60 days from receipt of your order.
Requests can be made by telephone but must also be made in writing by fax, letter or email. Goods must be returned within 14 working days from date of cancellation notice; goods must be in their original condition and should not have been used, altered or damaged in any way.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cancellations & returns will not be accepted after 60 days.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used, to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION / RETURN REFUNDS
Cancelled orders prior to dispatch will be refunded within 24 hours.
Cancelled orders after dispatch and notified within 7 working days will be refunded fully within 30 days from date of notification of cancellation.
Cancelled orders after 7 working days will be refunded within 30 days from receipt of goods. Any returns which do not comply with these requirements will not be refunded. Refunds for unwanted items are subject to a 25% restocking charge and postage / carriage costs will not be refunded.
