The Wallace Cast Iron Drinking Fountain From GHM

The Wallace Drinking Fountain From GHM. Monument or Fountain

The Wallace drinking fountain was originally manufactured in 1873, it is still being manufactured today by the 5th generation of family founders. The illustration shows the superb detail and definition of this truly magnificent works of art.

The Wallace is available with an optional sub base and floor grills.

The original pattern was made by Charles-Auguste Lebourg (1830-1906), a pupil of Fludo. Lebourg was clearly inspired by Germain Pilon’s Three Graces, which became The Four Caryatids in which one could recognise Simplicity, Goodness, Sobriety and Charity.

More recently we have manufactured the Wallace with fluted Corinthian columns
